About Lymph Node Drainage
Puff the Dragon is also amazing for lymph node drainage!
Virus's and bacteria get trapped in your lymph nodes and can hang out there. If you have a chronic illness this is bad news.
I recommend doing a lymph drainage at least once a month to rid your lymph nodes of toxins.
After my big abdominal surgery 2 years ago, my surgeon made me have lymph node massages to rid my body of toxins.
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT DO LYMPH DRAINAGE WITH AN ACTIVE INFECTION!!
Detoxing- if you've recently stopped taking meds, had an illness, or are trying to come off meds---this is important to do!! You can do it weekly for a month then just monthly. You will feel better immediately after doing this!!!
Ingredients
Cymbopogon citratus (Lemon Grass),Helichrysum stoechas (Helichrysum), Cupressus (Cypress), Pelargonium (Geranium), Salvia rosmarinus (Rosemary), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Cedrus (Cedarwood), Origanum majorana (Marjoram), Origanum vulgare (Oregano), Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel), Cannabis sativa L (Hemp Derived CBD Oil), cera alba (Beeswax), Vitellaria paradoxa (Shea Butter), Theobroma Cocoa (Cocoa Butter).
LEMONGRASS: Lemongrass oil or tea has been used as a detoxifier in several countries. It is known to detox the digestive tract, liver, kidneys, bladder, and pancreas. Because it works as a diuretic, consuming lemongrass oil will help you to flush harmful toxins out of your body. The anti-inflammatory properties of lemongrass oil comes from the limonene that is present.
HELICHRYSUM: The hypotensive action of helichrysum improves the condition of blood vessels by lowering inflammation, increasing smooth muscle function and lowering high blood pressure, according to a 2008 study done by the School of Medical Sciences at the University of Durban.Research also indicates that helichrysum oil decreases muscle pain by lowering swelling, inflammation and improving circulation. This helps support the healing of nerves, joints and muscle tissue — making it an effective natural treatment for pain
CYPRESS: Cypress oil is a diuretic, so it helps the body flush out toxins that exist internally. It also increases sweat and perspiration, which allows the body to quickly remove toxins, excess salt and water.
GERANIUM: Geranium oil has the power to fight nerve pain when it’s applied to the skin. Inflammation has been found to be associated with just about every health condition, and researchers are furiously investigating chronic inflammation’s effects on health and possible preventive medical applications.
ROSSEMARY: Traditionally used for its ability to help with gastrointestinal complaints, rosemary is also a fantastic detoxifier.
CEDARWOOD: Cedarwood essential oil can safely be applied topically on wounds as an antiseptic. It defends the body against toxins and relieves your white blood cells and immune system of stress or malfunction — this protects your internal functions and fights off bacteria in the body. Cedarwood essential oil increases the frequency of urination and therefore removes harmful toxins, excess water and fat from the body. Rub two drops of cedarwood essential oil into your hands and massage your bladder and kidneys.
LAVENDER: Most likely due to its antimicrobial and antioxidant characteristics, lavender essential mixed with a carrier oil (like coconut, jojoba or grapeseed oil) has profound benefits on your skin. Using lavender oil topically can help to improve a number of skin conditions, from canker sores to allergic reactions, acne and age spots. Its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties help to ease skin conditions and reverse signs of aging.
MARJORAM: Marjoram can be a helpful natural remedy for people at high risk or suffering from high blood pressure symptoms and heart problems. It’s naturally high in antioxidants, making it excellent for the cardiovascular system as well as the whole body. It’s also an effective vasodilator, which means that it can help widen and relax the blood vessels. This eases the flow of blood and reduces blood pressure.
OREGANO: Oregano retains its strong antioxidant capacity in both fresh and dry form. Due to its high concentration of antioxidants oregano essential oil can help reduce oxidative damage and help in preventing mutagenesis, carcinogenesis, and aging due its “free radical scavenging activities.”

Did you know that approx 60% of your body weight is water? Water flows throughout your body from one area to another. It is present inside and outside of your cells and it keeps your tissues moist. Your bones, joints, spinal cord and brain need water, too. But sometimes too much water can build up in your tissues, leading to swelling in your arms and legs. This is called peripheral edema. It’s caused by several factors that vary in seriousness. For some people, a peripheral edema is only temporary and will go away on its own. But for others, it’s a serious issue that’s brought on by a severe — sometimes life-threatening — health condition. If you experience shortness of breath, chest pain, wheezing, heart palpitations, weight gain of 1lb/more a day, or swelling that doesn't go away, call your doctor immediately.
It helps to be aware of the symptoms of pitting versus non-pitting edema and how these conditions differ in seriousness. There’s a difference between pitting and non-pitting edema. If you apply pressure to the swollen area and your finger leaves an indentation, you have pitting edema. Water retention from too much sodium in the body, standing or sitting for too long, or pressure from your body weight usually causes it. Non-pitting edema, on the other hand, does not leave a mark when you press your finger into it. This can be a more serious condition caused by issues with the heart, lungs, liver or kidneys.
