We offer first class or priority USPS shipping service, which allows us to assist more consumers in a more reliable and economical manner as we grow broader in distribution.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is approximately 48-72 hours from the time the order is placed. When tracking your shipment, please allow for 1-2 business days for the tracking to update.
All products are filled and shipped directly by The Pretty Hot Mess Warehouse in Upstate, NY.
Any order that requires a cold pack will ONLY ship Mon-Thursday. We do not ship these products Friday-Sunday.
Returns:
If you receive your order and there is a problem with a broken bottle or leaking roller ball, you must notify us via email within72 hoursof receiving your package-please include pictures of your items. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the entire order, in original packaging, unopened, with tags attached (if applicable). We do not issue partial refunds/returns.
Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time unless product is deemed defective by The Pretty Hot Mess.
Due to health reasons, we can not accept any items for return that have been opened or used.
Due to health code, we do not accept returns or exchanges of leggings, jeggings, under garments (including bras), and swim wear.
You will be refunded for the product value only, not any shipping expenses.
CBD products are final sale and subjected to ID verification prior to shipping.
All electronics are final sale, this includes ear buds and charging cables.
