Shipping & Returns
- We offer first class or priority USPS shipping service, which allows us to assist more consumers in a more reliable and economical manner as we grow broader in distribution.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is approximately 48-72 hours from the time the order is placed. If you select any priority services, that time frame starts once the orders are picked up from our warehouse. If you have additional shipping questions, please call us at (518) 223-0306
- When tracking your shipment, please allow for 1-2 business days for the tracking to update.
- All products are filled and shipped directly by The Pretty Hot Mess Warehouse in Upstate, NY.
- Any order that requires a cold pack will ONLY ship Mon-Thursday. We do not ship these products Friday-Sunday.
- If your order is over $149, shipping is on us - your order will be shipped USPS Ground shipping (Free shipping does not include UPS, Priority Mail, Overnight Mail or expedited services).
Returns:
- If you receive your order and there is a problem with a broken bottle or leaking roller ball, you must notify us via email within 72 hours of receiving your package-please include pictures of your items. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the entire order, in original packaging, unopened, with tags attached (if applicable). We do not issue partial refunds/returns.
- Due to health reasons, we can not accept any items for return that have been opened or used.
- Due to health code, we do not accept returns or exchanges of leggings, jeggings, under garments (including bras), and swim wear.
- All refunds are processed as in store credit only for the value of the product (unless item is damaged or product has been recalled) ~ minus any shipping expenses.
- CBD products, lotions, salves, and essential oils are final sale and subjected to ID verification prior to shipping.
- Books and Tarot Cards are final sale
- All Stress Balls and Squishy Toys are final sale. These products are designed for gentle squeezing and stress relief.Excessive pulling, overstretching, biting, puncturing, or aggressive handling can cause damage, including tearing or bursting.Please inspect your item at the time of purchase. Once the item leaves the store, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on stress balls or squeeze toys.Parental supervision is recommended.
- All crystals, stones, carvings, towers, spheres, jewelry, and mineral specimens are final sale. Crystals are natural materials and often fragile, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or store credit for breakage, chipping, cracking, or damage occurring after purchase.
