You may be asking yourself, “why the obsession with garbage, trash, and junk? ” My father always told me art was trash, and that I‘d always be a starving artist! and for a while i was proving him right.. i was so busy trying to draw what i thought people wanted, i didnt realize i was ignoring my heart.. i took a break from my failing etsy shop and started to draw just for fun again.. working on a tarot deck i never finished 3 years ago. suddenly people were interested in what i was making, i was flooded with support and encouragement! it was my Six of Wands moment! and i realized all along i had been making trash, but now im making art!
