I have had tendonitis in my thumbs for years, and have never found a lasting solution. The pain is especially bad when I crochet for any length of time. After crocheting for about three hours last night, I was unable to even hold into a glass, so I tried Jazz Hands. Within 15 minutes, the pain was gone, and did not return!!
