Peppermint, Lemon, Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Tea Tree, Patchouli, Eucalyptus, Lemon Grass, Geranium. Diluted with Organic Witch Hazel, Hemp Seed Oil, and Jojoba oil.

Roman Chamomile: Chamomile is one of the most ancient medicinal herbs known to mankind. Roman chamomile possesses antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, and it’s commonly used for hay fever. It has the power to relieve mucus congestion, irritations, swelling and skin conditions that are associated with seasonal allergy symptoms. When applied topically, Roman chamomile oil helps relieve skin irritations that may be due to food allergies or sensitivities.

Lemon: Lemons and lemon essential oil have been used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat a wide spectrum of health conditions for at least 1,000 years. Citrus plants are the main sources of benefit-rich essential oils because of their many uses in food and medicine. And lemon oil is one of the most popular citrus essential oils because of its versatility and powerful antioxidant properties.Lemon oil has antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, so it helps to boost your immune system and fight respiratory conditions. It also serves as one of the top essential oils for allergies. It’s one of the best essential oils for coughs because it benefits the lymphatic system, which protects you from harmful pathogens and reduces swelling in your lymph nodes. Lemon essential oil also stimulates lymphatic drainage, thereby reducing the accumulation of fluids that can cause you to cough.

Lavender: Thankfully, lavender essential oil is a natural antioxidant that works to prevent and reverse disease. A 2013 study published in Phytomedicine found that lavender oil increased the activity of the body’s most powerful antioxidants — glutathione, catalase and SOD. And more recent studies have indicated similar results, concluding that lavender has antioxidant activity and helps to prevent or reverse oxidative stress

Patchouli: Patchouli oil has antiphlogistic properties, which means that it has the power to soothe inflammation in the body. With inflammation at the root of most disease, patchouli oil can address internal inflammation and such conditions as arthritis and gout, and also deal with external inflammation that can be present in skin infections or irritations.

Peppermint: Peppermint oil is highly effective at relaxing muscles in your nasal passages and helping to clear out the muck and pollen from your respiratory tract during allergy season. It’s considered one of the best essential oils for allergies because of its expectorant, anti-inflammatory and invigorating properties.

Geranium: Inflammation has been found to be associated with just about every health condition, and researchers are furiously investigating chronic inflammation’s effects on health and possible preventive medical applications. Research shows that geranium essential oil has significant potential for the development of novel anti-inflammatory drugs with improved safety profile.

Eucalyptus: Components of eucalyptus oil, such as eucalyptol and citronellal, have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects, which is why the oil is often used to relieve seasonal allergy symptoms.

Lemmon Grass: One major lemongrass essential oil benefit is its skin healing properties. Add lemongrass oil to shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, soaps, and lotions. Lemongrass oil is an effective cleanser for all skin types; its antiseptic and astringent properties make lemongrass oil perfect for getting even and glowing skin. It can sterilize your pores, serve as a natural toner, and strengthen your skin tissues.

YAY!!!

My daughter and I really like Just Have Fun. My daughter gets hives when she plays outside. We have successfully used oils rid the hives and to stop the itching after she gets the hives. I purchased Just Have Fun for her to prevent the hives. I was a bad mom last night and didn’t spray her before my son’s lacrosse game last night. Poor thing came home with several hives all over her body. I made sure to spray her this morning before we left the house. We were at the same fields and she had no hives where we sprayed her. (She has one on her face). I’d say this is a winner! We are both super happy and recommend this potion 100%.
