I bought this before I needed it as it sounded like something my family would use this winter. So twice, my 8 year old daughter has woken up from her sleep with a really bad coughing fit. Trying to help her get back to sleep, I remembered I had this. I rolled it on the bottoms of her feet and put on a pair of socks. She coughed one more time and that was it. The coughing stopped and she fell right back to sleep. It was amazing! I even used it on myself one night. No more coughing fits at night. I will always have this on hand.
I got Just Breathe in my “On the go” kit and it came just in time. Head congestion, coughing... nothing worse than not being able to breathe thru your nose.
