Hi, thank you for your email. We are extremely busy but appreciate you reaching out to us. We will get back to you as soon as possible. It can take us 24-72 business hours to reply. We do not answer emails on the weekends or after 5 pm on weekdays.
All emails must be sent to our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the volume of emails we receive, we are not able to reply to all of them. If you are looking for a product for a certain issue, please utilize the search function on our website or app, ie. search "anxiety" and everything we have will show up.

Important: Due to COVID, USPS has announced that shipments will be delayed by 2-3 days. Shipments: Please allow us 2-4 business days to process and ship your order. Orders placed after 3pm weekdays will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. You can track your shipment under the "My Account" section on our website or download the app ARRIVE to get up to the minute details on your order. If your tracking says your items have been delivered and you don't see them, you must contact the post office with your tracking number. Once packages leave our warehouse, shipping is out of our hands. If the post office can't find your package, you will have to file a claim with them. The Pretty Hot Mess is not responsible for lost packages, incorrect shipping addresses, or stolen packages.
Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time.
Proper Care of your roller balls: Our proprietary blends are made with therapeutic grade oils and are potent, which can cause the oil to break down the plastic of the roller ball, allowing the roller ball to move more freely which can cause leaking. You must store your rollers upright at all times, they can't be thrown in a purse, bag or left on their side. If a roller ball is damaged during shipping, you must email us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving the package and we will send a replacement. We can not offer replacements or refunds on any item that has been opened. We will not send replacements if item is leaking after use, because we can’t be assured it was stored properly.
Exchanges: Due to COVID, we are not accepting any exchanges or returns at this time.
We do not allow "add ons" orders once an order has been placed. If you forgot something or need to order something else, you will have to place a separate order.
Please be sure the verify and double check your shipping address when checking out on the website.
If you are emailing us about an order or an issue with an order. Please leave us detailed information such as your first and last name, order number and the problem. If we don't receive all information requested, we won't be able to find your order. If you are needing assistance from Angel personally, we will forward your email to her and she will get back to you as soon as she can.
