PHM Intimacy Suppositories deliver either 25mg or 75mg of active, full-spectrum CBD directly to the muscle and vascular tissues of the proximal vaginal area and uterus. (Other over the counter remedies can affect the entire body — often with unpleasant side-effects.)

• The suppositories remain solid below 76°F, so keep them in a cool place to prevent melting. If necessary, any broken or bubbled suppositories can be melted and reformed in the fridge.
• We suggest placing the suppository in the refrigerator for up to 15 minutes prior to use to firm up the cocoa butter for easier insertion. Wash your hands prior to insertion. 
• To open the package, separate one shell from the rest, then gently peel the flat plastic tabs apart to reveal the suppository inside.
• The capsule may be cut in half lengthwise (tip to tip) for a smaller dose. If suppository still inside packaging has broken, place the unopened shell into a sealable waterproof bag and gently reheat in warm water until melted. Place back into the refrigerator to allow suppository to reform within the shell. If the suppository is too soft for insertion, replace in the fridge until hardened enough for use. Air bubbles in the suppository are normal and do not indicate a loss of product or affect use.

• Intimacy Suppositories can be most effective when cramping starts, or even before cramping starts 
• If it is possible, create a peaceful environment for yourself for insertion. Lay on your back in a comfortable position. Insert the suppository into your vagina as deeply as possible using a finger or a tampon applicator. 
• To ease insertion, a light coating of water-based lubricant may be applied directly to the suppository.
• Placing a cushion or pillow under your buttocks will help the hemp extract remain as close as possible to the tissue. This yin-yoga position can also help release and relax pelvic tension. Relax & enjoy 10-20 minutes or longer of quiet time if you are comfortable and have time.
• After the oil has had time to absorb and you stand up again, some may still exit your body. This is perfectly normal, but you may want to use a panty liner. 

• Our Intimacy Suppositories can help with muscular relaxation and enhance tissue oxygenation. 
• Feel free to experiment with rectal application as well, inserting as deeply as possible. 
• Rectal administration of hemp CBD has greater bioavailability and absorption than either oral or inhaled methods. Effects can be felt in as little as 10 minutes after application, and last up to 8 hours! Cannabinoid suppositories can be an excellent addition too many therapeutic regimens.

• Intimacy Suppositories contain all-natural oils, if you are inserting before sex, we recommend choosing oil-safe barriers like polyurethane or nitrile condoms for protection from STDs and pregnancy (or lambskin for prevention of pregnancy but not STDs).
• If you are pregnant or take prescription drugs, please consult your health care provider prior to use.
• Avoid usage if you are allergic to hemp, frankincense, coconut or cocoa butter.
• Keep out of reach of children.
