Returns:
- If you receive your order and there is a problem with a broken bottle or leaking roller ball, you must notify us via email within 72 hours of receiving your package-please include pictures of your items. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the entire order, in original packaging, unopened, with tags attached (if applicable). We do not issue partial refunds/returns.
- Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time unless product is deemed defective by The Pretty Hot Mess.
- Due to health reasons, we can not accept any items for return that have been opened or used.
- Due to health code, we do not accept returns or exchanges of leggings, jeggings, under garments (including bras), and swim wear.
- You will be refunded for the product value only, not any shipping expenses.
- CBD products are final sale and subjected to ID verification prior to shipping.
- All electronics are final sale, this includes ear buds and charging cables.
IMPORTANT if you order additional products with your pre order- the order will NOT ship until pre order arrives
