Once your order leaves The Pretty Hot Mess, it’s officially in the hands of USPS—and completely out of ours.

Here’s what you need to know:


🚫 My tracking says “DELIVERED,” but I didn’t receive my package. What do I do?
Please do not email us. You’ll need to contact your local post office as soon as possible. They can tell you where the package was scanned and help you track it down.

⏳ My package is delayed or stuck in transit. Can you help?
We understand how frustrating delays are, but once a package is in transit, we have no control over it. You’ll need to contact your local post office for updates—we are not able to track or reroute packages after they leave our hands.


📦 My order arrived damaged. Now what?
You’ll need to file a claim directly with USPS.

We’re a small business, not the post office. If we could hand-deliver your package with glitter and good vibes, we totally would—but unfortunately, we cannot control what happens in transit.

Please understand we cannot replace or refund items due to USPS delivery issues.
We provide tracking with every order so you always know where your package is. After that, it’s in the post office’s hands.
